Before joining Bright Sky, Kathleen owned and operated The Sullivan Group, LLC, serving speakers and authors by managing their talent and maximizing their intellectual capital. She specializes in building and developing business. She has extensive experience in product conception and development from initial content, negotiating rights, contracts, licensing and endorsements, content review, publishing coordination, product promotion, and marketing and sales distribution.Prior to opening her own firm, she served as chief operating officer for a nationally recognized speaker and author, helping expand his book and speaking opportunities through videos, audiotapes and CDs, website content development and the development and management of speaker bureau relationships. She served corporations in several management positions, focusing in the areas of marketing, promotion and sales. As CEO of Bright Sky Press, Kathleen oversees the moving parts of the Press, keeping us all going and growing smoothly.
