About Me
Anne recently retired from Pfizer after a nearly 17 year career in their Market Analytics group. During her career at Pfizer, Anne supported numerous therapeutic areas and supported the launch of several new drugs. Prior to working at Pfizer, she was a professor of Marketing at McGill University in Montreal and the University of Victoria in Victoria British Columbia. She also was the dean of the undergraduate program at both universities. Anne even had a 6.5 year stint in the Oil and Gas industry in Texas, working for a mid-sized exploration company.Since retiring, Anne has started her own market analytics consulting firm, focused on helping organizations better utilize "big data", primary and secondary market research as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence. She is passionate about behavioral economics as a pathway to better understand how customers make decisions which in turn allows firms to more precisely tailor their marketing strategies to customers - critical if customers are millennials or generation Z.In addition to her consulting, Anne is indulging in her two passions since retirement. She has always loved to sew and has been taking sewing and design courses in an effort to improve her skills. She is also going to be taking culinary courses as well, since she loves to cook. And, of course, travel is a passion as well, and she has an extensive bucket list of places to visit.Anne holds a BA, MBA and PhD all from the University of Texas at Austin.
