- Sat: 10 a.m. presentation from Eva Archer-Smith
- Sat: noon lunch
- Sat: 2 p.m. “Backstage pass” tour of Moody Gardens attractions (rainforest or aquarium)
- Sat: Dinner at Rudy & Paco’s at 6:30 p.m.
- Sun: Water workout with Donna at 8:30 am at the pool
- Sun: 10:30 brunch
- Sun: Mini-golf following brunch
