Cheese Tasting with Houston Dairymaids
From a farmers market stand to a thriving wholesale business supplying cheeses to restaurants and a European-style cheese shop in the Heights Houston Dairymaids has changed how Texans taste cheese. Lindsey Schechter, a Rice graduate, was owner/chef at a restaurant on the coast of Maine, moved back to Houston with an idea, and is credited with introducing the world of cheese mongering to Texans.
